You did a good job in rotating the hips on the Z-axis, but for a better efffect you should rotate the chest as well but contrary (side by side on the abdomen and the chest of course) You should also rotate the hip on the Y-axis a little and the shoulders (chest) in reverse. That way you will get more swing in it.
