You (or an appointed representative) must be present to claim the prize. I have asked the judges to pick the top 5 entries. If #1 is not present, it will go to #2, if #2 isnt present it will go to #3..etc. the representative thing is to help those who may have a bit of a problem being at the party exactly at 8:30 EST. You may appoint a representative to claim the prize for you.
