Your ISP decides when you receive your mail, not Rendo. Rendo does a bulk mail out, but because it's sent in bulk, sometimes some ISPs will hold off on delivering and it gets clogged in the system. We had a thread about this once before, when someone else was receiving it late.

As for the newsletter, I got one today. No mention of any sale, save for clearance items, with no end date posted on them. So I can only assume that she's talking about the one that came out last week.
