It's a credit card, that you load when you purchase it, and can reload at stores, infact you can reload them usually at the store where you initially buy one at.

Since you pay cash for the card, to put money onto the card, it'll only spend what you actually put onto it, but it works like a credit card, so it would allow you to make purchases here I think. My own brother uses such a card for all his purchases online.

we do not have those cards where i live, and i dont think my bank would give me a credit card with all the money i still owe them, sometimes i feel i live in some e-comerce 3rd world country, where internet just exists since yesterday.  the only money i have online are those 30usd in my rosity account from selling a few copys of my only store item over the last few years, still way to less to get a payout to paypal...  i think 50usd is the minimum you got to have to get it transfered to paypal.
a suggestion for the marketplace would be to make that account money accessible for payments at the marketplace itself. i kinda dont get why there isnt there still no option for that
