yes it work ..realy good to ...
and i think you like the lightings in Carrara even a zillion times better then in poser
I do it alot and i love it...
But if you want you can load the lights with the poser file into CAR...
BUT a warning ...
once you did a scene in carrara ..you might never want to render in poser again
