Quote - Says she can be used for commercial or non commercial yet says to read the license for terms of use. Can someone who has downloaded her let me know if she can be used commercially or not?

ReadMe states:

LIMITATIONS/RESTRICTIONS: You may use "K", and enclosed add-ons for "K", in your personal and commercial renders. But you are not permitted to sell or redistribute ANY of the enclosed files, in whole or in part. 

ALLOWANCES:  You are allowed to create textures, morphs, clothing, hair, etc. for "K" whether it be for free or for profit.
