Thanks for the link
The shot is not done yet. Still coordinating it. The model is pretty much set and we are going over the dress and props and makeup. I may be able to find a good set of plastic/rubber/fiberglass garden stones/rocks at a local garden shop or home depot. Also found some good ones in a gardening catalog. My back is too frelled to try moving any real rocks around for this. :(
I have several rain prop overlays I have used pretty successfully in the past so I will be falling back onto that for the "Rain" in the image.
The only thing I need is that darn stream./creek rushing water. If the shot had been done in the spring I would have had rushing water in the creek. But then I would not have had the lush vegetation of the trees and woods in the background. Even the water splashing against the rocks is something I have covered even though I know how to paint that in anyway but the details will be important in this.
The model will be sprayed with either baby oil or lanolin and then an wet down with an atomizer on bare skin and free flowing water to her dress to drench it properly to make it all look she is actually standing in the rain. So no other FX will be needed to fake skin water drops.
