Depending on which version of Laura Croft you are referring to (there are several), I believe the boots are the foots... as in the creator did a 'replace body part', replacing each foot with a boot. In order to fix this you may be able to Edit Menu > Restore > Figure (? - I think that's where it is - I'm not at a machine with Poser on it right now), but that may produce some other side effects.
