Subject: Whats this another artist seeks critique?

I'll agree with Scarab. Did you look under the menu and check "use limits" before posing her? That ought to keep elbows from going quite that straight. And for the hands, what emotional gesture are you after? a threat (the mummy will get you), a supplication (please join me for a hot time), a demand (you will bend to my will), a display (I'm a hottie!) or what? You can use the hand cameras to zero in and pose each finger once you decide what message you want them to deliver. Her body posture is fine, and that seems to be Nerd's chain mail bikini... with the bump mapping, it has a scaley look which adds to the image. There is a transmap for that hair, but if you used it, you'd lose the hair to the lighting. It is probably better to leave it as is. This has a wonderful use of lighting. It looks like you used a fire texture over a transparent shape with flukes to get such a lovely effect. If this is a "newbie pic" we'll all be slobbering over your future work. Overall, enough of her is solid and enough aetherial to make a compelling image. Nice work! Carolly
