Ive finally found a way to get the insides of Hair textures to show. You know how in preview mode , you look from the side of the face and the insides of the bangs are invisible and it doesnt look right.

Well heres what to do...

  1. Load the Hair.

  2. Use Grouping Tool . *(Round Button next to fill above your preview screen)

  1. Select "Create Prop"  , from the grouping tool.

  2. Name this Prop "neck01"  *(Reason for this , is so you remember which bodypart to parent it to. Some Hairs have many parts so need a correctly parented prop for each part)

  1. Next select "inverse group normals" from the Grouping tool , for neck01

  2. With neck01 selected , goto properties and select "set parent"

  3. Select "neck" of the Hair , and check Inherite bends.

Now you should have the full textures. This method is superior to the Duplicate hair method for many reasons. Hope this helps!

Thanks for that! That will make repositioning hair to a different figure, much easier!

Hmmmm, this is worth a try.  I agree with Acadia, it will make repositioning easier to other figures.  Thanks for the tip.
