Techincally, if it was in NYC you'd need a lot of track litter and the like. You'll also need a sign stating that this area was treated with pesticide and rodenticide. Either that or have a critter running around on the track. =^D Seriously though, it took me awhile to see the platform. I think it needs to be a bit higher from the track.
