The face looks great, lots of character.  There are a few things I would do differently (will do differently, as I'm working on a similar project although not intended for Poser) but many things about your model that are great.  I'd like to see a wireframe and also a full body view from front and back.  Here's some visual feedback attached, and of course I'm certainly no expert.
