I see the usual 'not enforce the rule very much for months then suddenly enforce it ruthlessly with TOS violations on permament records' is still the policy round here.

you know.. you could have just said 'look Connie, we're enforcing the rules now properly, please don't it again or you'll get a TOS violation posted' instead.... you know that old adage.. 'treat others as you would be treated yourself'...
