At Rendo, the individual merchants are their brokers, makers and sellers. Rendo only holds the title to the place, charges rent (a piece of the action) and runs the sales through the central clearing house here in Nashville (Where I have to pay sales tax on each Rendo purchase).

? Most of the products sold at DAZ are PA items that do not belong to DAZ but to the individual PAs who sell their products at DAZ. Just like Renderosity is DAZ a brokerage. I have products up at DAZ but I did not sell them to DAZ.

Of course they do buy out PA items or ask certain PAs to model something for them that then is turned into a DAZ Original. But the majority of items in their store does belong to individual PAs - just like over here.

I didn't know that. I'm not a seller at either place, so I'm casual buyer. They certainly do NOT make any real difference apparent to the buyer. As far as I knew, PA's were just like "employee of the month" selling on the margins or selling side items through the company kind of thing as far as I ever heard.

Well, I REALLY do learn something new every day! Thanks for the enlightenment!
