In answer to both questions, no, you can't post it here.  This is a TOS change that was put into effect in March of this year.  We were lenient on it for a LONG time, and it's gotten out of hand.   There is an announcement at the top of this forum for more answers.
 

Oh ok. It was the leniency that gave way to thinking we weren't violating the TOS.
