I have returned items I have purchased at Daz due to either the quality or the items did not work as advertised. Most of the things I buy are, wow that looks great or hey a new item I might use and never due.
I have spent over $900 this year on poser related items, including software. Majority has been spent over at Daz and CP.  I know try to make it a habit if the vendor has their own site they sell on I buy from there so they get a better cut than going thru a 3rd party.
