Nodelocked= Vue installed on a single PC.
Floating= Vue is installed on a PC (the server)  part of a network of computers and can ba accessed by any computer from the network.
You can have 2 nodelocked licence for one Vue serial, provided you don't run Vue on both computers at the same time.
