A 2p about problems: I bought something which didn't work quite as the readme indicated. I contacted the Merchant and asked a bunch of questions in a sitemail. He responded and we opened a dialog . Not only did I learn how to use it as indicated, he fixed the readme to clarify the situation. He even came up with a product that used our learning dialog to expand his product line. It was a learning experience and a rich one for both of us.

Thing to remember is everyone has their own POV from their life experience. Merchants included! Don't get mad at people without reason.  A little reasonableness goes a long way.  I worked it out with the merchant and got a freebie,to boot!  You could too. Just be honest, and try to be helpful to yourself and the Merchant.  They want repeat customers, and good customer service is worth it's weight in gold.

Philc has the best customer service on the planet, and because of that, he has a BIG repeat business. Both Rendo and DAZ have a baffle between the customer and the Merchant.  Here at Rendo, it you bypass the baffle and work with the merchant directly....a lot can be accomplished.
