THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Collection of Materials?

I'm using DAZ Studio to import figures into Bryce. I have now started using the Pro Render philosophy. The trouble is the time it takes to re-do the textures. So if i import v4 into Bryce via Studio and re-do her textures and then decide i want to change her pose, all my texture-work is GONE. Is there some way to save the textures as a collection?

Just to save the textures used as a Bryce .mat file and then re-apply those mats to those various parts whenever you need to.

A bit of a pin, yes, but much better than having to re-customize your textures all over again each time.

oh well... I guess I can't have it all. Serves me right for importing, right? LOL. i'm not able to model animals or humans. Never will be either  guess.

Ah, I import all the time.

It's not usually too horrible once you get used to it, lol.

But, this sounds like this would be a GREAT update for DAZ to implement. (re-pose a figure without touching the texture settings)

You don't actually believe that Daz is going to do anything to Bryce do you?
