The drawback with this is that some content can share files with other items, and you wouldn't necessarily want those shared files deleted.

• Edited to add: Hogsoft's Correct Reference Pro can do uninstalls, by looking through the library file to see what else is referenced from it. It suffers from the same drawback, nevertheless.
