Another option is to use autogroupeditor and quickconform, sold here at rendo by Markdc. Autogroup editor gives you a little more control for the grouping than obj2cr2, and in quickconform you can select just the bones you need without having the tedious task to delete all the obsolete bones. Obj2cr2 on the other hand works inside poser.
Another recommendation is morphin clothes of dimension3D, which transfers all the bodymorphs you need to the cr2-file. It's a little investment but worth all the money if you have serious plans in making clothes.
