I prefer to tweak the grouping myself, whether it was done by AutoGroup Editor or OBJ2CR2 - I've used both. I haven't used Quick Conform, but I'm betting it isn't perfect either. In the end you use whatever you get on with best to get you most of the way.

While I'm here, it seems I forgot to add the promised link to my first post in this thread. So, although nobody complained at its absence, here it is. :)

Quick conform, just like with Obj2Cr2 you will still need to adjust some of the joint zones. I like using quick conform on certian clothing where Obj2Cr2 is better. Another thing to look at is Wardrobe Wizard2. You can take on obj file and "convert" it to the figure to make it conforming, but the same issues with the other programs, you may have to fix some joint zones.
