Hi Cathi,

Ok now I'm really at a loss being that didn't work, because it's worked with other files of ShanaC's where people were having problems.

Are you by chance using a NetGear router?  What Operating System are you using? and who is your ISP?

Maybe we can try to narrow down the problem if I can give this information to the programmers.

I'm really sorry about all the trouble, but it's very difficult to figure out the problem when I cannot duplicate it :(
