"...I've decided to buy the full new version instead of upgrading"...Mike, the upgrade come in a whole brand new CD for the program and with an extra CD...and also a brand new manual. You don't install to upgrade over 3.1. From the look at it, looks like it does not come with a beautiful box thats all. Why are you buying the full version?
