IRC was just a thought, but probably not the best idea at all. Rarely are there any people on the photo chat as it is (we are a relatively small community it would seem). As for photo transfers, it's fairly easy to post a jpg for someone to save right off the screen, though the quality in print leaves much to be desired, but this is just a naturally effective way to prevent stealing images for print use (if someone put something of mine on a website, I prolly wouldn't care seeing as since they have to resort to stealing a crappy quality art file, they probably don't have a wide fan base to begin with). I think what we need are tutorials, which I sent the beginnings of to Syyd and Alpha, a more active community, etc. One idea would be to go to the yahoo clubs and whatnot, and drop a posting in them asking people to check this place out. May only get a handful more people, but you never know what they might bring to a forum. More detailed links listings would be great as well. I don't know much about digital photography or photography links on the web, etc, but I'm sure many of us here do. Also, I think we should get some chocolate milk.
