Err...it's quite common practice here for some of the vendors to have their promos done by others. For one, it's very time-consuming for a vendor when you'd rather be concentrating on making the products themselves (for instance it can take me up to 2 days just on the promos - and that's a lot of time that could be invested in other stuff I'd rather be doing, for instance I could be moving onto the next project by then), and secondly other artists are genuinely interested in doing this because it gives them another venue in which to display their work to the general public, so they get more exposure out of it too. Plus, they receive the products for free in exchange for their work.
