Ack, I posted here, but it seems to have vanished! Anyway, I did have a chance at last to install and fiddle with Vue 4 a bit, and so far, so good! I installed 4 to a different drive so I didn't have to worry about anything getting overwritten. Then I copied my Plants folder over to 4 (not allowing files to overwrite), and all my plants work great in 4. I haven't tried the PZ3 import yet. The upgrade route provides a special price discount to those who have purchased prior versions (or Bryce 4 in the case of the side-grade). What a person receives is the full program, whether you've owned prior versions or not. As with Tesign, mine arrived as manual and set of CDs wrapped in protective cardboard. No box package, but that's okay with me since I never keep the boxes anyway. As for having more than one version installed, Lynn explained recently (on the Vued'Esprit mail list) that while it's fine to do so (you've paid for each version, after all), there's no special support if there is trouble trying to run both at once -- if anyone would try to do that! :)
