Also if you have it in your Poser try the AO in the materials settings for good shading between the teeth. There is the old Millenium Teeth prop by DAZ which are very detailed or you could look among your figures for the best teeth and spawn those as an upper and a lower prop to use with your figure of choice. Finnaly... usually the specular setting isn't exactly right on teeth and gums as-is and the specular size needs to be set lower. If you are interested in close-up renders I would also suggest you try a replacement eye product such as by Preditron3D.
