Actually, I did do that; and it installs in IE only.  Is there a special way of downloading it with Firefox?

I'll try again.  Maybe the 5th time is the charm.

edit:  5th time is not the charm.  What it downloads is a zip file containg the .exe installer.  It installs fine; but it installs only for IE.  I do not seem to have a choice for firefox.  And Firefox is my default browser.
