Very nice idea! Especially since it comes from someone so loved from poser community like you!
I would prefer just one forum using flags for commercial or of topics
As for texturing forum this could be covered from the first one 
I would go on an interesting forum where I can get help or fun anyway, I wouldn't care for the gallery :biggrin:
