Hi , you can get the base models of Victoria 3, Mike 3 , aiko 3 and Hiro from www.download.com. Search on Daz , theres a figure bundle.   It does not include the morphs but the base figures can be quite useful and theres tons of freestuff for V3.

Conforming clothes are figures where joint positions match exactly with the figure they are made for. When applied and conformed they will move with the figure. 

A figure is used for both describing V3,V4 M3 etc and technically as any jointed item.

Dynamic clothes are props that can be used in the cloth room , which simulates real cloth behavior on the figure.
