In Poser, click the Windows menu, click Python Scripts. 
Click the Utility Funcs button.
Click the UnCompress Files button.
Check the Uncompress geometry files and Delete original files after uncompressing boxes. 
Click OK. 
Now save the pz3 file and try the import again.
