Nice shoes! It looks like they were made with V4 foot zeroed. Yes? How ever would one go about making a flat shoe or one higher than this?

If you posed V4's foot flatter or higher before exporting the mold, how on earth would you then do the rigging? It only seems to work properly if the mold is completely zeroed?
