Then select the center point of the shoe foot  (the green cross) and move it just as long the heel of the shoe is in the right position, then do the same for the toe and move untill the shoe look right, I had to move the center of foot also a bit and sometimes you have to re-adjust the drop-off zones. But tweak with all the centers untill the shoe looks right.
