i got it perfect now.

This is what i did to get it to work

1. Sim Settings  . Clohself collision ON  Drape frames 5

2. In Collide Against button:   Selected hip, right & left buttocks and thighs
   Then like you said Collision ofset 0.2  and Col Depth 0.2 . and selected the 3 options

3. I use the Light Wool dial settings presented in SMITHMICRO website's Poser Dynamic clothes explanation page. 

Tha'ts it. it worked!!
Now none of the frames have a problem
