Found this on e-ons forum

"I had a similar problem after re-installing the program a second time, if you look in the folder where you downloaded the program install files (this is for Vue 7 Complete in English about 458 meg) you will find a folder named "Documentation" in that folder one called "En" and in that folder the file Vue 7.pdf, I just created a shortcut of that file to my desktop. Haven't tried linking it to the program yet."
