I think this Moore stuff is off-topic and doesn't serve to help Tebop with his issue.
Tebop, getting out more is a good idea, but I definitely believe you still have enough contacts as is to get some entry level position, particularly if it's retail. Don't go through a temp agency for work, go straight to the employer. Not everyone who isn't advertising for help won't hire. I know that you will probably be uncomfortable dealing with people, particularly in the interview process. I would stress that you emphasize that you are task-oriented in your interviews. That will help you subconsciously get the job and impress the interviewer without feeling that you are being too personal with them. Remember to depersonalize but not be impersonal.
