That may very well be the case, her getting tired if the food. Few months ago we had to switch her diet to soft food, because of her digestion problem, and I've been adding medicine to her food. I thought she hasn't been noticing medicine, but maybe she has. Alsi, in spite of the medicine, she had a little bout with constipation, so she maybe stopped eating because of that. But constipation cleared on Monday - she started getting sick after that. I dunno, I'll have to talk it over with the vet when she's discharged.
