I also recommend if you are using poser to get an application called Pegasus Modeler by MarkDC. It does not require you to scale anything when you import into poser and does come with a training video. It is worth the price just for the tutorial alone, due to it can be used for other modeling apps. Also another thing to look at is PhilCs Clothing designer bundle.
