That genlteman in the photo is an ironworker.  Ironworking is only one facet in the building trades.  There's plenty of others that are less physically demanding. 

See,  in the next year or two there are only two industries that are going to be profitable;  commercial construction and video gaming.

BTW the stimulus package that's coming down the pike is the largest since 1936.  Now,  the stimulus package of '36 lead to a 20 year building boom.  Just food for thought.
