If instructional videos is more to your liking, go to Lynda.com and test drive the tutorial.  They usually have several chapters for free inspection without registration.  I, myself, have the instructional CD for Poser 7 have yet to sit down and peruse it.  I believe the combined tutorial time is over 2 hours.  I have used some of their products in the past and you do get something worthwhile out of them.
