Kebnor is right. The whole point of this is Larry Flint, et al, making fun of those wanting a bailout. It certainly isn't the first time he's had his tongue firmly in his cheek ... er, then again maybe I shouldn't be referring to "tongues" or "cheeks" within the same paragraph as "Larry Flint" ... ?
