I'm hopeful that Windows 7 will take the best of XP and Vista (probably can count the improvements on one finger with Vista), get rid of the bells and whistles, allow legacy programs to run eg PSP 7, Raydream 3D, etc as well as allowing both 32 Bit and 64 Bit operation maybe automatic switching--senses the program and utilizes either 32 Bit or 64 Bit operation, allowing full use of RAM for housekeeping instead of the upper 512K-maybe that's done now. Let's see, did I mention gee whiz and other blout, getting rid of the fat, cleaning out cache, etc when a program is closed, sensing program problems before respective programs crash. Make the software virus proof--okay I'm dreaming now. Jan
