Greetings from
Internet Explorer 8 running under the Windows 7 Beta :)
Not bad. I never went the Vista route and this looks very, very nice.
My machine is a bit under powered so I dont have all of the visual goodies running, but it is running on my machine.
I do like what I call the "smart" running tabs at the bottom. (I know there is a MS term for it, but bear with me as I play with my new toy.
The IE icon, if you hover over it, gives you a list of active sessions. You can close them from there instead of having to go to the actual tab. There are the system sesssions, that you can hover, then select. CLICK on the icon and you see all open sessions. As you scroll across the images, the main screen changes to that session. That is cool.
I'm going to play some more...
Oh and here is a quote most appropiate for something like this (Pakled you may enjoy this :) )
"Those who ride the bleeding edge of technology, are often sacrificed upon it!"
"Few are agreeable in conversation, because each thinks more of what he intends to say than that of what others are saying, and listens no more when he himself has a chance to speak." - Francois de la Rochefoucauld
