Why shouldnt she bring it up in the forum? she didnt include the "offending" image, just asked for other people's experience in similar matters. As she said, she didnt think there was a problem with her image, or she wouldnt have posted it without warning. From the same reason she wouldnt have asked admin first. The border between what is acceptable and what isnt in terms of nudity in posted images isnt that clear cut so honest mistakes can be made.
I think she's done well to post it here not only to clarify things for yourself but it will also 'warn' others.

Btw, adding a nudity warning when it isnt needed isnt a solution either, there was a thread on Pser forum where someone's image was taken of becuse he flaged it and according to the mods it wasnt.
His 'crime' was that it is misleading the viewers... how funny is that?
