Sorry about your cat.  I always hate it when one of my cats dies.  One of my neighbors did not like cats in his yard and put out antifreeze and killed a half a dozen of the cats in the neighborhood that I know of.  There are probably more that I do not.  I had to shoot two of them to put them out of their misery.   I really wanted to shoot my neighbor instead.
