From what I've seen being created in Bryce 5 my Vue 3.1 which is works fine is superior in almost all respects. I don't see any major quality improvements in the works created in Bryce 4 and Bryce 5. You have to haze the sky out so much you in order for it to not look like its painted on plywood and simply dropped one end on the horizon and sloped to the foreground that it washes everything out. I always thought it looked like a leanto. I've seen kids with colored markers draw better plants then what you get in Bryce 5. No contest, Vue is superior. If you can find a copy of Vue 3.1 for sale you might want to pick it up. I have a friend who did a great animation in Vue 3.1. It wasn't easy but it worked and looks great. I tried to get him to post a link to it but it was for his company.
