Send me a link. My memory is for crap right now. What is it?

Updates:  GREAT VIEW! I'm on the tenth floor of the new place. I'm overrun with roaches.  Sort of like WALL-E.  One roach might be a pet, one HUNDRED is an INVASION! ick. At least it's warm. They DID spray the place, so all the bugs have gotten a good sniff and are staggering out and laying down. I hope to DIE, NOT to sleep off their high like a slobbo roommate! Damn!

Cinder block construction. Very...institutiional. Fire-proof, but looks like an abandoned school or something.  Very third-world. Almost expect Hamas militants to hole up in the place and the Israelites to start bombing the place.  Must be because I saw a CLONE of the very same building in the Gaza strip on the news. Except it was blown to crap.

At least I'm confident that my building can make it through air-raids pretty well. If I had an internet connection in the place, I'd be happy. Bugs and all. It's very "Judge Dread" looking.  I don't have to look for the future...It found me.

Thank goodness you have a place to live again!!  Low rental housing isn't usually the greatest, but it's what you make of it.  Once you get your disability you will have some funds to start accumulating "stuff" and getting internet and making it feel more like a home.

Sending lots and lots of vibes that you get your disability soon!!!

Joel - That sounds like Hotel Hell. Do you have any army surplus shops near you ?
These places are good for picking up stuff like cheap sleeping bags and folding camp-beds.

Dunno if you guys have these in the US - but if you ask groups like the Salvation Army, they often have 'furniture stores'. These are places where they can provide cheap or free furniture including beds and matresses, tables etc etc to anyone who's on a low income or just got a place.

Jenx - thanks for that. Any news yet ?

DASquid - Thanks. I'll IM you shortly with a download link for the first model. The 2nd one isn't finished yet. We've got little 'uns with us for a bit , so it'll be a few days before I can start on this again.

Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.

I'm checking into furniture places right now. "Hotel Hell" sounds like a new Ratracer set. LOLOL It is more like "Hotel Limbo".  Hotel Hell isn't so well painted, or have such a grand view.

Open both sets of windows there and get a forty MPH breeze rushing through. With the train passing outside, it feels like a runaway train! Wheeeeeeeeee!  Living on the tenth floor gives a great view, though.  I got to look on the bright side of this stuff or go crazy.
