To be fair, unless any one persons full info is readily available to these companies, which it obviously isn't, then the only way to get some sort of return from the ads that are sent out is to blanket them. This of course does mean that we continually get a lot of crap.
Even though our letter box says that no adverts are to be posted here, the local Pizza company still keeps posting.
