Sad to say,  but it appears to me like they are taking the features they consider usable from Bryce and applying those processes to enhance the products they consider more sellable, (profitable), while foregoing making any efforts at improving the capabilities to Bryce so that its user base can enjoy an improved program as well as the customers of their other products.
